Healthy & Happy
We all have some habits. They are either good or bad. One of
the interesting things is that our habits are present in our lives on a daily
basis, and we can’t get rid of them easily. I have a great plan and idea for
people to start taking advantage of that, and start working hard in maintaining
and acquiring healthy lifestyle routine. Our body needs a certain type of food
in order to work in a way it’s supposed to. In order to get rid of unhealthy
food, we need to start working on our lifestyle changes. We should start with
basic things, such as spending less time on our phones, or computer. We should stop drinking soda, or at least try
to drink less soda, and after a while, try to get rid of it totally. We should
eliminate temptation, drink more water, and find a healthy hobby. In this post,
I will provide you with tips on what food is good for your body.
1.
Brain- Tuna, Sardines, Walnuts
3.
Eyes- Carrot, Eggs, Corn
4.
Muscle- Red Meat, Fish, Eggs
5.
Lungs- Broccoli, and Brussel Sprouts
6.
Skin- Salmon, and Green Tea
7.
Heart- Tomatoes, and Potatoes
8.
Bones- Celery, Milk, Oranges
If we stick to this list, we will have better digestion,
less doctor visits, and more energy. Healthy food gives us energy, and energy
is something that is easily transferable. If our body is receiving food that is
healthy, that will reflect on us, and our behavior. Living a healthy life
should always be our number one priority.
