How to Get Good Quality Sleep
I was battling insomnia for years. I didn’t know what to do
or how to handle that problem. I would go to bed early, I would read a book
before going to bed, I would take a shower, but nothing helped. I couldn’t figure out what was the problem. I
started going to therapist, but he didn’t have a solution for me. I was
desperate, and I didn’t know how to solve my problem. I am aware that this is a
common problem in our society, so I decided to give you some tips on how to
solve that problem, and how to handle it.
1.
Don’t stress over it- If you are thinking about
how you didn’t sleep at all previous night, or how you slept only 3 hours, you
will add additional stress to your body or your mind. That was my biggest problem
when I was an insomniac. Control your mind; don’t let the negative thoughts
take over.
2.
Take a relaxing bath- Bath will help your body
relax, and you will also enjoy it. I usually go to “Lush” and buy myself a bath
bomb. You could also be reading a book while taking a long and relaxing bath.
3.
Turn off your devices- Your cell phone and your
laptop will only distract you. I know that because I used to go to bed, and I
used to spend additional 2 hours on my phone not doing anything, just reading
irrelevant articles. Instead of getting quality sleep, I was wasting my time.
4.
Go to bed by 10pm- Get good quality sleep

Make your room dark and quiet
6.
Avoid eating before you go to bed
7.
Use essential oils- My favorite ones are menthol
and eucalyptus. I put a drop or two on my pillow, and it helps me fall asleep
8.
Have a cup of tea before going to bed
Remember, getting enough sleep is crucial for your health. Implement
these tips to your routine and I assure you that your insomnia will go away.
